Visual Encounters is a virtual tour company specializing in real estate photography and videography.
We create premium material for use by realtors or homeowners to aid in the sale of residential or commercial properties. Using advanced techniques and state of the art equipment, we are able to produce smooth, undistorted images and video to showcase your space and allow more potential purchasers to get a true tour of your property.
Our ability to photograph properties in such a dynamic way allows us to show homes from every angle, and gives a much greater scope of view for potential buyers.
This gives a much greater scope of view for potential buyers. Many photographers use still shots that are looped together to create a virtual property tour, but we conduct a full walk through of each site to film it in real life. This leads to an actual virtual tour that encompasses the entire home and appears professional and polished.
We also conduct drone shoots to get an overhead view of the grounds. Buyers can see the property from above to take in the entire space from front to back. We are one of the few photographers who are approved by Transport Canada for a Complex Standing SFOC – this means no wait times to seek approval for individual shoots
